Please familiarize yourself with our return policies.
1. Defective or Damaged Product: Rockin Record Players provides its own “No Hassle” warranty, which runs concurrent with the Crosley Warranty, for a period of 30 days after the purchase. If the customer has a problem with a Crosley product in the first 30 days, Rockin Record Players will repair or replace the item and pay for the shipping on the replacement unit, as well as issue UPS “3-attempt” call-tags for the defective product. The products must be returned intact, and only items returned will be repaired or replaced. Rockin Record Players has five working days to repair or replace the unit after receipt. To activate this warranty replacement or repair, the following procedure must be followed:
a. A Return Authorization number must be obtained from our office by emailing customerservice@rockinrecordplayers.com. Please have the following information available:
i. The original PO and/or Rockin Record Players invoice number.
ii. Name and Address to send UPS Call-Tags for return
iii. The quantity, product number and reason for return
iv. Returns should be addressed as follows:
*Return Authorizations beyond 30 days must utilize Crosley Warranty Service (except for Full Size Jukeboxes)
*Rockin Record Players is not responsible for items not received at our warehouse.
*If a refund or credit is issued for returned merchandise, it will be issued at current pricing.
*There is no “Advance Replacement” program. Items must be received at Rockin Record Players prior to replacement or repaired product being shipped.
*Restocking Fees of 15% apply to non-defective/non-damaged returns
Product Policy/Warranty Outside of the United States:
If you are ordering a product outside of the United States please be advised that once a unit leaves the US the warranty is void. The unit will be inspected thoroughly before it leaves our warehouse, but if the unit is damaged or defective in any way upon arrival to the customer, the customer will be responsible for shipping the defective unit back to us and the return shipping of the repaired or replacement unit. Also the customer is responsible for all duties and taxes for the unit once it arrives.
